It features a fully\-equipped kitchen, fenced backyard with deck, and washer/dryer for a home\-like stay\. Located just outside midtown, you're minutes from restaurants, groceries, and less than five miles from downtown\. Our photos include professional and real\-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect\. We look forward to hosting you\! The Space: Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad and into the living room will the dining room and full kitchen to your right\. The living room is complete with a queen sofa bed and large SmartTV\. In\. the dining space and kitchen you will find all essential kitchen items and a beautiful handmade farm table\. Behind the living room is the first bedroom\. This room is furnished with a queen bed\. As you exit this bedroom, a full bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combination will be on your left and the washer and dryer will be on your right\. Straight ahead is the second bedroom with a queen bed\. Down the hall to the left of the living room are the third and fourth bedrooms and second full bathroom\. Both of these bedrooms are very spacious\. Bedroom three is furnished with a queen bed with sitting area and bedroom four has two queen beds and a SmartTV\. The second full bath separates these two rooms and it has a shower/tub combination\. Out back there is a large fenced yard, deck, patio furniture, and grill available for use\. \*\*\*A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request\.\*\*\* Guest Interaction: We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact\-free checkin via a digital door code\. Neighborhood: Our home is located in Dauphin Acres, just outside of Midtown, across the street from Denton Park\. Conveniently situated between Spring Hill Dr\. and Government Blvd, you will have easy access to everything\! Transit: Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged\! If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment\. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment\. We are a pet friendly home\. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home\. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard\. All pets require a non\-refundable pet fee\. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this\.
