We are excited to have you as our guest in our cozy guest suite, situated just a 5\-minute drive from SFU and a 30\-minute drive from downtown Vancouver\. Our guest suite includes amenities such as a Smart TV, Wi\-Fi, coffee maker, a lavish KING SIZE bed, and a queen bed, offering you a home away from home experience\. Please note that the guest suite does not have cooking facilities\. We kindly request our guests to maintain quiet hours from 8 am to 9 pm\. The private entrance guest suite can accommodate up to 3 guests\. Upon your arrival, you will receive instructions to help you with the easy self check\-in and check\-out process\. You can contact us between 7 am and 10 pm by phone, or 24/7 via text or email\. I am available anytime for a chat or if you need assistance\. Smoking, pets, and parties are not allowed\.
