The Space:
This loft is great for business travelers as it is quiet and comfortable\. It is right next to the convention center and is set up comfortably to work in\. Two of the bedrooms are lofts and only accessible via Ladder and have a 4 foot clearance\.

Just because we allow so many people to sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find the space comfortable for that many people\. Each group must decide if the layout fits their needs\. Please reach out if you have questions\. 
Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise\. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days\.
Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit\. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking\. The clearance is 7 foot\.
