## Description
Modoc Lane \#1 is the perfect home for your family vacation\.  


This split\-level air\-conditioned home was recently updated with all\-new hardwood flooring throughout the home\. The home has all new living room furniture, new bedroom furniture, and new mattresses\. You won't be disappointed\.  


The welcoming foyer area leads you to the split\-level living room with floor\-to\-ceiling masonry that surrounds the gas fireplace\. The large dining room table has the perfect view of the outside, the kitchen, and the living room\. 

The well\-appointed kitchen is perfect for the family cook\. The kitchen is with equipped with many extras to assist you in making the perfect special dinner for your entire crew\. 

The downstairs master has a lovely king\-size bed, mounted flat\-screen TV, and access to the outside patio\.  The master bath is adorned with a double vanity and a beautifully tiled shower\. 

The first floor is complete with another half bath and the laundry room which leads to the garage which has a foosball table, a ping pong table, and 10 bikes\. 

Upstairs is equipped with the other three bedrooms and a full bath that has a shower and tub combination\. Bedroom \#2 has a twin/double and a twin trundle and a flat\-screen TV and is perfect for the kids\. Bedrooms \#3 and \#4 both have queen size beds\. 
 
Enjoy the hot tub on the patio just outside the dining room\. 
 Modoc \#1 also offers 10 SHARC passes for your enjoyment\. 

This home is dog friendly so you can bring your four\-legged friend along\.
