Nestled just steps from the shore, the property boasts stunning ocean views and easy access to soft sandy beaches just outside your door\.   Getting to the beach is easy using the shared dune cross\-over\.


Inside, you'll find a spacious, well\-appointed living area with comfortable furnishings, modern amenities, and large sliders that bring you out to the Gulf front deck\.  Gather around the large flat screen TV for movie night\.  \(one of the couches is a queen sleeper to accommodate 2\)  The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream and makes meal preparation a breeze\.  Tools and utensils for all types of meal and snack prep are at your fingertips\.
There is also a convenient half bath as well as a full washer and dryer on this floor\.  

Up one flight are all the bedrooms, providing peaceful retreats after your days of beach activities\.  The king\-sized primary has an en suite bath with tiled walk\-in shower\.  Enjoy a nightcap on the private balcony and watch the Moon Dance on the Gulf\!  
Next door is the second king bedroom which also features a Gulf front balcony\. Down the hall is the third king bedroom and a loft featuring a full\-sized bed\.\.\.\.a perfect spot for the kids\! 

The ground floor has a private hot/cold shower and there is a charcoal grill available\.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted\.
Minimum age to rent is 25\.
