The upstairs living room has a well\-equipped wet bar with beach and ocean views

Encinitas is an iconic California beach town with world\-class surfing\. D\-Street is on the south side of Moonlight Beach\.

We have an EV charger, gigabit internet, robust Wi\-Fi, and air conditioning throughout\.

The daybed on the topmost deck has a panoramic view and yet is still very private\.

This vacation rental is permitted by the city of Encinitas \(RNTL\-017173\-2021\) and is strictly limited to no more than 8 occupants/guests at all times\.  Although it's on the beach, this is a very quiet and safe neighborhood\. It's perfect for family a retreat or a romantic escape\. Because of the rules imposed by the City of Encinitas to maintain our good standing for our rental permit, parties and gatherings that exceed our maximum permitted 8 occupants/guests \(including children\) are not allowed and will result in loss of the security deposit\.

Because the house is located so close to the beach and has an unobstructed view we were approached by SkyLineWebCams to host the Encinitas Live Cam\. It only has a view of the beach and does not record video of the property itself\.
