The upper level features two primary suites—one with a king\-size bed and the other with a queen\-size bed\. Guests can also enjoy the formal living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private back patio with a hot tub, outdoor fireplace, seating area, and gas grill\. 

The lower level offers a second living room with a sleeper sofa, two guest bedrooms \- one with two twin beds and the other with two full beds, a mudroom, and a laundry area\.
