\- This 3\-story house requires using an exterior staircase to enter\. While the main floor features a bedroom and full bathroom, an interior staircase is required to access additional bedrooms on the upper and lower levels
\- The homeowners live on the Ranch in a completely separate area\. If inquired upon, they are happy to answer any questions about the lodge operations or give info for the area's many local attractions\. There are also friendly horses, and dogs, around the property, as well as daily maintenance personnel dependent on the season
\- The home has WiFi, but it may be limited at times due to the remote location
\- 4\-wheel drive or all\-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property
\- The pool is available from June 1st to October 1st
