## Description
This expansive and recently updated unit provides an excellent location for a mountain retreat at the foot of the slopes at Granby Ranch\.  The primary living area features vaulted ceilings, inviting sofas perfect for relaxation, a gas fireplace, flat screen television and stunning mountain vistas through the large windows from this second floor unit, along with access to the private deck\.  
A peek\-a\-boo open wall partition offers a glimpse into the delightful kitchen and dining spaces\.  This room features vaulted ceilings complemented by a ceiling fan\.  The newly installed hardwood flooring enhances the western themed ambiance at the dining table which accommodates up to four guests, with extra seating available at the elongated bar area that overlooks the main living room\.  Additionally, a compact breakfast bar situated in the center of the kitchen can seat two and is surrounded by custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, bespoke tile work on the back splash and provides access to the hallway bathroom\.
The primary bedroom suite is distinctive to this particular condominium, featuring a queen\-sized bed, a completely renovated bathroom and an extra sleeping area located in the alcove of the main room which also includes a queen\-sized bed and gas fireplace\.
The second level loft features a spacious open layout that provides a view of the main living space beneath\.  It is equipped with a double bed bunk arrangement and a double futon along with a full bathroom\.
Additional amenities include complimentary WI\-FI access, private balcony, fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils\.  All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided\.  
Parking is outdoor parking that accommodates up to two vehicles\.
On site common area amenities include tennis courts, outdoor heated swimming pool and sun deck\.
Ranch Hall offers a common area lounge, outdoor pool and hot tub; game room, workout facilities and summer outdoor playground\.  Kids 8 and under are free and guests must be 16 and older to use the workout facilities\.  The $20 fee must be paid by the guest directly to Ranch Hall via credit card only\. This fee is per person/per day\.
Granby Ranch offers great year round activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, hiking and mountain biking\.  We are 3 miles from the town of Granby, 20 miles from either Winter Park or Grand Lake\. 
Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation\.  There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all\-wheel drive or four\-wheel drive vehicles\. 
House Rules:  Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule\.  Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property\. Check\-in time is at 4:00PM and check\-out time is at 10:00AM\. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age\.  All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking\. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM \- 7:00 AM\.
