Incline Village is an absolutely special place to vacation and this condo will certainly please, tile floors, high\-speed internet access, summer community pool, and only a 5\-minute drive to glorious Incline Beaches\! Please Note: The futon located in the living room is not to be used for sleeping, there is a single fold\-out bed in the living room to be used by 1 child only\.

Due to contractual obligations between Lake Tahoe Accommodations and the owner of this property, the responsible guest must be 21 years old and present a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before occupancy\.
