Upon entering our property, you'll immediately sense the inviting, immaculate ambiance\. The main part of the house embraces an open concept design\. To your left, you'll discover the cozy living room, perfect for family game nights or quiet reading sessions\. To your right, the dining room and kitchen, complete with island seating, beckon you to savor meals together\. As you proceed down the hall, a fully equipped laundry room precedes the master suite, while on the left, you'll find the guest bedrooms and a guest bath\. The master suite boasts a full ensuite with a walk\-in closet, an office desk for those who need to catch up on work, a walk\-in shower, and a convenient Jack and Jill sink\. We kindly ask that you respect the tranquility of our Mount Holly neighborhood, as disruptions are sensitive issues\. All guests must be 21 years or older, unless otherwise approved by the host\. Third\-party bookings are not permitted without prior owner approval, and violations will result in cancellation without a refund\. Mount Holly has a strict 10 pm to 7 am noise ordinance, with fines up to $1,500\. Failure to comply may lead to immediate eviction without reimbursement if neighbors contact the authorities\. Animals are not allowed; bringing a pet in violation of house rules incurs an additional $250 daily fine\. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations\. Parties/events are not permitted; hosting a party will result in eviction without a refund\. Late checkout's can be arranged \(when available\) but will be an additional $100 dollar fee and they must be requested 24\-48 hours in advance\. Emergencies happen just let me know as soon as possible :\) $150 charge to guest\(s\) still on property after check\-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests\. Cleaning crew WILL enter home at 11 AM to clean\. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that days base rate \(without discounts, this does not grant you access to the property for the day\.\) If we have to refund another guest due to you staying in the property, you will reimburse us for any refunds given\.
