> Perched on the fourth floor with a private balcony and stunning ocean views, this bright, recently updated condo is clean, well\-equipped, and ideal for a restful beach getaway—complete with a pool, easy beach access, and a convenient location near restaurants and shopping\. Please note parking is limited and may require using public or alternate spots, and building noise near the master bedroom can be audible; the property management is responsive to issues to help ensure a smooth stay\.
