Once you arrive in Corolla’s newest community, Corolla Bay, you'll know your “Naut in Kansas” anymore\! From the well\-thought\-out floor plan to the luxury appointments and its short stroll to the beach; this lovely villa will be your home away from home year after year\. There is another bedroom with a DuoBunk and a 26” flatscreen TV/DVD that shares a full bath with a king bedroom with a 26” flatscreen TV/DVD\. The laundry room is also located on this level\.
 
Top Level: The top level of this home is dedicated to living space \- you will find a beautifully decorated great room with an electric fireplace, a 46” HDTV with a Blu\-Ray player, surround sound, a sleep sofa, and deck access\. There is also a well\-appointed kitchen, dining area, and half bath rounding out this level\.
