HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
This 7\-bedroom, 4\.5\-bathroom home, aka ‘The Neagle House’ is a direct ocean front home located on Garden City Beach\. Enjoy endless, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean on the screened\-in back porch\. Off the back, the porch is a private walkway to the beach with a deck and washing station\. Large open kitchen/dining/living area with great ocean views, perfect for gathering with family and friends for your vacation\. The living area features a fireplace and built\-in wet bar\. The first level features two bedrooms with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom\. The first floor also features a third bedroom with a twin bed\. The second level features four bedrooms\. Two of the four bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom\. Two of the four rooms on the second floor are located on the ocean side of the house with access to the second\-floor screened\-in porch\. The master suite is located on the oceanside of the home with great ocean views and a seating area\. The bathroom features a double sink, jacuzzi tub, and a walk\-in shower\. Ample parking for six vehicles\.
