Hosted by Coastal Stay\. Welcome to “Great Escape,” a beautifully designed, pet\-friendly 2\-bedroom, 2\-bath 4th\-floor condo perfectly located near downtown Traverse City\. This new\-build unit offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience, featuring a well\-stocked kitchen, high\-speed WiFi, in\-unit laundry, ample parking, and direct access to the community dining/lounge area — perfect for work or group hangouts\.

We are Pet\-friendly\! Pet fee is $125 per stay\. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed\. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival\. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware\. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends\. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage\. 

Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting\.
