\- Parking Spots: 2; During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal\. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate\.
\- Maximum 2 pets allowed and $65/pet fee must be paid before check\-in\. 
\- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May\.
\- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required\. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains\.
\- We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM, as required by Placer county regulations\.
\- Full Terms and Conditions are supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation\.  
\- Rental Agreement contract is required for booking to be confirmed and must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation\.
\- Security camera by the front door\.
\*Agreement must be signed by occupants aged 25 or older\.
