This original 1920’s home has been renovated with a modern farmhouse style\. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home\.  Only 1 mile from the Silos, downtown, and Baylor\. Spacious floor plan and comfy beds is sure to provide rest, relaxation, and enjoyment for your friends and family\. The backyard has a great patio with fireplace\.

You will have access to the entire house\. Lovely patio in the back and a great walkable neighborhood\.

Neighborhood:
The Uptown neighborhood has some great food options\. Pinewood coffee is a short walk from the house\. Harvest on 25th is a great vegan breakfast/brunch place\. Pinewood pub is a great place to walk and enjoy a pint\! The neighborhood is quiet and excellent for walking\!
