This studio can be reserved together with the townhouse upstairs to host a total of 10 people\! We are Pet\-friendly\! Pet fee is $125 per stay\. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed\. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival\. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware\. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends\. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage\. Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 9pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting\. Please note that there is ongoing construction in neighboring units within the complex\. As a result, there may be some daytime noise during your stay\. We appreciate your understanding\! \~\~ BEDROOMS \~\~ The open studio layout includes a queen bed, a comfortable sofa, and a cozy living area\. Families will appreciate the Pack ‘n Play, toys, and children’s games\. Pet amenities are also provided\! \~\~ BATHROOMS \~\~ The full bathroom features a large walk in shower, oversized vanity, and quality fixtures\. A full sized washer and dryer are located in the studio, and laundry supplies are included for guest use\. \~\~ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM \~\~ The open kitchen and living area provide a welcoming space to cook, relax, and gather\. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, microwave, deep sink, granite counters, and wraparound counter seating\. It is fully stocked with a blender, toaster, and a dedicated coffee station\. Children’s bowls, cups, utensils, and a high chair are provided\. Unwind in the living area on the comfortable sofa, enjoy the flatscreen TV, or browse the selection of books and toys\. Keep in mind that this is the ground floor of the building\. There are other units above and next to this unit\. Please be mindful of our neighbors by observing quite time after 9pm\. Please be aware you may also hear noise from the neighboring units\. \~\~ PARKING \~\~ There is one designated outdoor parking spot labeled "952 Primrose Studio"\. If you have more than one vehicle, street parking may be available on Walnut St\.—be sure to follow all posted signage and avoid areas marked with “No Parking\.” Please note that overnight street parking is restricted by city ordinance during certain months\. You may also consider using the Hardy Parking Structure Garage \(303 E State St, Traverse City\) or Old Town Parking Structure \(125 E Eighth St, Traverse City\) \~\~Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered\~\~ We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling\. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay\. If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away\.
