## Description
Well kept in a quiet neighborhood fully remodeled May 2025, a  Family\-friendly whole house with contactless self\-check\-in\. The house has a Living/Dining room, eat\-in Kitchen with dishwasher, a Family room, 2 full Bath\.  Each room has its own TV\. On main level you see two bed room each with queen bed and a full bath with shower\. Upper level has one bedroom with king bed and a folding bed, upper area has a queen sized sofa bed and a additional folding bed\.

Please note although guest capacity is higher please double\-check the number of beds provided\.  in total it has one king bed, 2 queen beds, two twin bed and 2 queen sized sofa beds\. You may need to bring your own bedding if you need more beds than we provided\.
Although it is a full and independent house it shares one wall with the next unit\.   To ensure the next neighbor is not disturbed we don't allow any events at this place due to noise concerns\.

Guests can access  Ground level, upstairs, side yard, front porch
