Start your Sunriver getaway out right at this nicely furnished vacation rental home nestled among the trees on a quiet, north Sunriver cul\-de\-sac\. 10 Nine Iron Lane comfortably accommodates 8\-9 guests with 3 bedrooms, spacious living area, and a bonus loft/game room area\. 

You will feel the Sunriver charm upon entering the living room with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, leather seating and a cozy gas fireplace\. A flat screen TV makes this the perfect spot to cuddle up for movie night or to watch the big game\. Large windows look out behind the home into the trees, providing both privacy and a great place for the kids to run around\! The living room opens to a dining table which seats six and wraps around to the well\-stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, an electric glass top range and counter seating for three\. A Keurig is available for guest use \(please bring your own K\-Cups\)\.

Stepping through the sliding glass door beyond the dining table onto the back deck, you will find a gas BBQ and patio seating for outdoor meals and a private hot tub for soaking under the stars\. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms complete the main floor \- the ensuite bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV, vaulted ceilings and private deck access\. The 2nd bedroom is tastefully furnished with a Queen bed\. 

Head upstairs to bedroom 3 with a Queen bed a bonus loft with two Full\-sized futons, a small game table and a 32" flat screen TV, and a full bathroom\.
