## Description
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun inside and outdoors\. No worries about cleaning and chores enjoy your stay\. You will have a nice living area with two sofas, a fluffy rug, and a 70" smart tv\. The main level has a full kitchen with all the cooking pots and pans and a dining area\. There is a full bath and bedroom on the main level\. The upper level has a dedicated work table, one queen bed, and a master bed with a queen bed and bath\.

There is a big living area with Sofa and sitting arrangements with fluffy rugs on the floor and a 70" tv\. The kitchen has cooking pots and pans and utensils\. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with a table, chairs, and bench\.  
There are three bedrooms one on the main level, one bedroom, and the master is on the upper level\. Each bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and side tables, and a smart tv\. 
There is a work table with a chair at the upper level\. There is a big fence private back yard with an outdoor paved and grassy area along with sitting arrangments\.

The whole house is set up for guests' use\.

10min to downtown and 30min to niagra falls\. Almost all kinds of stores/places are within a few min drive\.  Pharmacies and grocery stores are within walking distance\. You can watch Buffalo stream two blocks away and Harlem Road Park within two miles\.
