Welcome to North Beach Paradise \- a 3BD/2BA Key West, Island style townhouse on Holmes Beach\!  It's located in a quiet and peaceful residential area just a half block from the pristine Anna 

Maria Island beaches\. North Beach Paradise is just a few steps to the main free trolley line that can take you anywhere you want to go on this beautiful 7 mile island\.



When entering North Beach Paradise, you walk up a short flight of stairs to the main level or take the elevator from the garage level to the first floor\. This story features a large open plan living area with lots of natural light, a beautiful primary bedroom with a Queen size bed with walk in closet and Jack and Jill bathroom\. The well equipped kitchen with granite counter tops includes all appliances like Keurig and drip coffee maker and the washer and dryer are also located here\. Step outside onto the large, shaded and screened in lanai off the kitchen to enjoy the tropical breezes or have al fresco meals at the outdoor dining area\. There is an additional deck off the living room to soak up the sun\. 

This home feature another story which has a queen guest bedroom, the third bedroom with two twin beds and a shared hall bathroom with a walk\-in shower\.

The downstairs double garage accommodates extra room for parking\. You will find your beach gear including beach wagon and chairs\.
