Unsigned rental agreement means no entry\. Pet must be discussed/approved and paid in advance\. This is a pet friendly apartment for up to 1 dog\. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $70\. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check\-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged\. No Smoking \- minimum $250 fine\.
