Beautiful sound front home\. Located in the Northern Pond neighborhood\. Enjoy incredible sunsets over Pamlico Sound\. Private boat dock with easy access to the Pamlico Sound and the Ocracoke Inlet\.

Hooligan Sunset is located on a small quiet peninsula shared with only a few neighbors and in easy walking or biking distance to Silver Lake Harbor, shops, galleries, and restaurants\.

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 1 with King, 1 with Queen, 1 with two Twins\. Baths have tub/shower\.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 2 internet TVs\. Washer and dryer\.

Sheets and towels are provided\. Beds are made for your arrival\.

Depth at the end of the dock anticipated to be approximately 3 feet\. Sound front deck, bulkhead, hot/cold outdoor shower \(not enclosed\) and park style charcoal grill\. Covered parking\.
