The interior of this immaculate soundside reterat has undergone a complete renovation, transforming this cozy cottage into a bright and refreshing space for making memories\. After a day at the beach, your family can come home and gather in the open\-concept great room with vaulted ceilings and coastal\-inspired LVP flooring\. The chef in the group will appreciate the kitchen's stainless steel appliances and a generously sized island with bar seating that overlooks the dining area\. Outside, the charming screened porch serves as an extension of the living area and leads out to a sun deck surrounded by mature trees for plenty of privacy\.

Situated on a cul\-de\-sac in a quiet soundside neighborhood, Moon's Doc provides a secluded location while still being just minutes from shopping, dining and attractions\. Two nearby beach accesses are less than ¾ of a mile from the house and both provide free parking\. Guests can also take advantage of the town's multi\-use path and crosswalk at Hollowell Street for riding bikes to the beach\. Jockey's Ridge State Park is within biking distance as well, so be sure to set aside a day to visit this living dune system \- the tallest on the East Coast\! Climb to the top and fly a kite or simply take in the ocean\-to\-sound view of Nags Head\.
