Nunu's Cabin is close to everything that Big Bear has to offer\. This single\-story home is ideal for multi\-generational families and has something for everyone\!

LIVING SPACE \- Spacious 1200\+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. 

ROOMS & BEDS \- 3 bedrooms, 2 baths\. The Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath\. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV\. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle and TV\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, baking sheet, BBQ utensils, wine & cocktail glasses, rice cooker and more\.

AMENITIES \- Board games and card games\. 4 Smart TVs, streaming apps, and fast Wi\-Fi\. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace\. Laundry area with side\-by\-side washer/dryer\.

OUTDOORS \- Kids will love the fully fenced yard and huge playset\! Adults won't be able to get enough of that relaxing hot tub after a day on the slopes\!

Other things to note: 
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people \(8 adults max\)\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- over occupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
