## Description
Oakland Cottage Bed and Breakfast is a charming historic home, circa 1910, naturally separated into seven private guest rooms all with private keyed entry and private bathrooms\. The open common areas and front porch are available to all guests, creating a warm and spacious feel\.  

Service abounds\!  There is a delightful full breakfast each morning in the dining room anytime between 8:30 \- 10:00 \(special diet needs or a lighter option for earlier or later breakfast needs are available with a 24 hour notice\)\.  Complimentary coffee & teas are available in the dining area and Butler's pantry all day\. Innkeepers are your personal Concierge,  as much or as little as you like,  sharing wonderful local knowledge and things to do, dining & shopping tips \- purchase discounted Biltmore Estate Tickets, Trolley Tour tickets directly\.  Complimentary off street parking has you just a few steps from the front door\.

Convenient: Oakland Cottage is about a mile from the entrance to the Biltmore Estate, just over a mile from Asheville's historic downtown district, half a mile to River Arts District, 1 mile to the Downtown "South Slope" Beer district\.  The Blue Ridge Parkway \(BRP\) National Park is easily accessible as well, for hiking, touring, cycling and more\.  Visit the BRP Folk Art Center for local crafts or Parkway Headquarters and Visitor Center for trail and BRP information & favorite drives\.  The NC Arboretum is just 10 minutes away, for wonderful hiking, mountain biking, walking and more\.

Extra Amenities\!  Most rooms have an in\-room mini\-fridge, microwave and coffee=maker, bathrobes soaps and shampoo\.  Some rooms have a private porch or deck\.  All rooms have Roku TVs with complimentary WIFI\.  Complimentary onsite parking  is just steps from the front door \- with coded key entry for easy come and go at all hours\.

The first floor rooms are pet friendly \(review pet stay agreement\)\. Your well behaved pet is welcome with a per night per pet fee, $20/pet per night \(2 pets max\)

Some of the rooms allow for an additional guest\.  If more than 2 guests are staying in a guest room, there is a $30 ea addl guest fee\.  Well behaved children are also welcome \(all ages are considered an extra guest \- inquire about special child meals\) and many rooms have extra sleeping areas\.

Want more privacy? inquire about having your breakfast served directly to you in your room\.  

Need something?  The "Butler's Pantry," just off the dining room, has a full size fridge/freezer with ice, for guest use\.
