The open plan living area with large gas fireplace, and comfortable sectional becomes the great room of the home for family gatherings around the fireplace, and a 60" flatscreen Smart TV with Apple TV\. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a 6 burner stove, fully stocked with all kitchen amenities you will need to prepare meals and formal dining area seating 8, allows you to host all of the family\. All with a stunning view overlooking the Sierra Star golf course fairways\. Take the gathering outdoors with a fully covered entertaining terrace on this middle level offering a built\-in gas grill, dining seating for 6, private hot tub and additional seating outdoors on the balcony\.

One of the more striking amenities is a large master suite on the dedicated third level of the home\. Set apart from the rest of the home, you won't want to leave this exquisite master suite with King bed, lounge area with gas fireplace and large flat screen TV, and home office desk\. A private en\-suite bathroom with walk\-in steam shower, whirlpool tub, double vanity, and walk in closet\.
