\~	Beach Access: The home is just 20 yards from the Jamaica Beach community beach access point, a quick walk away\! Cars and golf carts are also allowed to park on the beach\.

\~	Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Jamaica Beach community pool for a fee — open Memorial Day \- Labor Day — and city park\.

\~	Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available\! Ask us for details and rates\.

\~	WIFI/Cable: We provide free high\-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels\. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps\.

As afternoon arrives, relax with a refreshing drink and a good book\. Evenings are perfect for barbeques under the twilight sky, with the calming sounds of waves as your soundtrack\.

The master bedroom, located off the living area, features a king\-size bed and inviting bedding\. Down the hall, a second bedroom offers a queen\-size bed, while a third provides a twin sized bunk bed and a full sized bunk bed, perfect for families or groups\.  A sparkling full bathroom with a floating marble vanity and walk\-in shower is conveniently accessible from both the hallway and the master bedroom\.
