Inside, the open floor plan is filled with natural light and designed for relaxation\.  The living room features a cozy fireplace and large TV, while the dining area flows into a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances\.  A sunny reading nook adds a quiet corner to sip coffee or curl up with a book\.  The primary suite offers a king bed, Smart TV,  and a spa\-like ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and walk\-in shower\. Guest bedrooms include a queen room with Smart TV, a large loft\-style suite with two queen beds, and a twin room ideal for kids or friends\.  With three full bathrooms, everyone has space to refresh and unwind\.

\~ Dog friendly stay:  We warmly welcome well\-behaved canine companions \(no cats\)\. Jacksonville Beach is dog\-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup\.

• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted  

\~Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85\~ is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a daily heating fee\.  Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45\~ \(which is rare\)\.
