The villa includes a full\-sized kitchen and a combined living and dining area, perfect for family meals and gatherings\. Located on South Forest Beach Drive, Ocean Dunes is just a short stroll from Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach Park, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and beach fun\.

The Ocean Dunes complex is an oceanfront gem, situated just 70 yards from the beach\. Enjoy year\-round swimming in our newly heated pool, maintained at a comfortable 82 degrees, with pool hours from 9 AM to sunset\.
