There is dedicated beach access for only the guests of this complex\. You will enjoy being in a quiet area while still minutes away from all the shopping, restaurants, attractions and golf courses that the Grand Strand has to offer\. By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform The Space: It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests\. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact\-free check in\. The entrance\-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas\! Parking: Easy access private parking lot monitored by security\. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror\. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot\. Other: There are a couple beach chairs provided in the front closet as you enter the condo, but feel free to bring your own\. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking\. Linens are provided\. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided, but the guest will be responsible for anything not provided or any resupply needed during stay\.
