## Description
Welcome to Ocean House 2405, located on the fourth floor with stunning gulf views\. As you enter, this attractive two bedroom two bath unit features a fully updated kitchen with custom cabinets,  quartz countertops, updated appliances, a new Flexbrew Trio Coffeemaker and lots of storage\.  

From there, the living room is open, spacious, nicely painted,  and has new artwork and decor\.

Bedroom one offers versatile sleeping with two Queen beds which can accommodate families comfortably, along with a new Chester drawer, lamp, nightstand and alarm clock that both offer USB charging\.  Bathroom features a stall shower\. 

Bedroom two has a King size bed with an en\- suite bathroom\. This bedroom leads out to the spacious balcony which offers adequate seating and overlooks the large Zero\-entry pool\.

New smart TV'S have been hung on the walls throughout the unit and are capable for streaming and doesn't require the Firestick or Roku devices\.  Satellite TV is also available thru Dish Network\. There are  two luggage racks that are located in the closets that can be used for your convenience\. This unit  has new carpet that  was recently installed throughout\. The outside storage closet on the balcony is open and has sand buckets and toys available for use\.
