Ocean views can be enjoyed from the second floor living room, third floor master suite, and large rooftop deck\. With four spacious bedrooms and an open\-concept floor plan on the second level for living, this rental is perfect for your family vacation\. Guests will love being able to cook in the kitchen, but still be part of what is going on in the living and dining areas\. For guests looking for a little extra storage, there is a second refrigerator in the access space to the rooftop deck\. While this unit is not oceanfront, it still has nice views of the ocean that guests won't be able to get enough of\. SPECIAL MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND PRICING: $600 per night, 3 night minimum and $250 per night for additional nights\. Taxes and fees are not included in this rate\. There is off\-street parking for 3 cars\. Unit is non\-smoking, and pets are not permitted\. Physical address is 13 Clayton Street, Unit 3\. Booking Restrictions\- 7 Night Stays Only\- June through August A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $241\.00\.
