## Description
You'll enjoy your time on the Gulf in this family complex with on\-site security\. Ocean Reef is a low density complex centrally located in Gulf Shores but has no elevator\. The building is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping\. Your 3rd floor 1570 sq ft townhouse has an updated kitchen which includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances\. Enjoy traditional furniture in bright colors with flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom\. You have a direct view of the swimming pool from your balcony\. 

The complex has a coin\-operated laundry facility on\-site and grilling area\. Parking is limited to 2 cars one assigned spot and one general parking\. Ocean Reef has it all for a wonderful family vacation\! This is a nonsmoking property and monthly reservations are available October to March 1\. 

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present\.
