No one is permitted on the balcony at any time or for any reason\. Once plans are finalized, balcony work will be started\. Additional work that will be going on for the next 12\+ months will include but not be limited to roof replacement, guardrail replacement, sliding glass door replacement, storage door replacement, stair well repairs, and parking structure repairs\. Due to building work, the pool will be closed at times for safety reasons\. Work will be ongoing and noisy at times\. As of 12/1/2025 work is just getting scheduled/started but there is no set schedule yet so we do not know what is being done or when\. However, we have been told that some sort of work will be going on for at least a year \(most, if not all, of 2026\)\. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience\.
