Beautiful beach front condo with ocean view and all the amenities needed to enjoy a memorable vacation\. Includes 24/7 security, washer/dryer, gym, four pools, lap pool & jacuzzi\. There's beach access right from the building\. Located 5 minutes from the Malecón by car or a 20 minute walk\. Grocery store, restaurants, banks, all within walking distance\. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook including: gas stove and oven, microwave, air fryer, espresso machine and ninja blender

We offer fast and reliable WiFi service of 150 Mbps on fiber optic cable, perfect for those who need to work from home\. We also offer over 80 TV channels in English and Spanish\.

The building is brand new, finished in 2020\. The total space is approximately 800 square feet\. The decor is modern but comfortable, including two smart TV's, central AC, a full breakfast/dining area for 4 people, water cooler, and a large 130 square foot balcony with two lounge chairs and a hanging hammock chair\. The balcony is roofed to protect you from the elements and with romantic lighting for late nights or sunsets\. This unit is on the 13th floor and is unique to the rest of the buildings because of its high ceilings\. The bathroom is modern with surrounding floor to ceiling tempered glass, toiletries and bathrobes provided\.
