PERFECT LOCATION IN THE OCEAN BLOCK\! Delight in this gorgeous 2nd floor \(top floor\) ocean block condominium which features 3 bedrooms/2 baths\. This home offers a bright sun porch, front balcony, all kitchen appliances, one full hall bath with tub & tiled shower and one en\-suite bath off the main bedroom with tiled shower, full size stacked washer/dryer, new whisper quiet split system A/C, new flooring, large flat screen TV, Blu\-ray DVD, Wifi, shared outdoor shower, locked exterior beach/toy storage, a bike rack and 2 off\-street assigned parking spots\!\. Not only are you just steps to the ocean and the bay but this ideal summer escape located on Houston St\. in North Dewey makes for a perfect location, offering wider beaches with  no high\-rise buildings and close to many local restaurants and bars but also conveniently away from the bar noise\. Closer to Rehoboth Beach for a short walk into town and near the Jolly Trolley stops\. This is our family's beach house and rent throughout the summer \(when we do not use it\)\. No party rentals please\. Guests pay $120 cleaning fee for under 7 nights\.The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement \(Responsible Guest\), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest\.  The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age\.  If the party is made up of unrelated individuals \(a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests\), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age\. No smoking\. Rents Fri – Fri\. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit\.  We also accept personal checks for final payments\.  Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check\-in date\.  NOTE:  Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card\.  You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online\.
