Fabulous Views\! On a pristine stretch of pure sand beach in Las Conchas in Rocky Point\. The resort has excellent Swimming pool area and community hot tub\. Beautiful living room and stunning patios with views you will never forget\!  The master suite has a King bed with large bathroom and bathtub The second bedroom features 2 twin beds and a walk in shower\.  The third bedroom has a full size bed and a private balcony with amazing views of the Estuary\.

The Space:
Main Patio faces West and provides amazing views during the day, outstanding views at sunset and views of the city in the distance at night\.  The second patio faces East and has vast views of the beautiful Estuary\.  You can have sun or shade at anytime during the day, with either Patio\.
