## Description
This 3\-bedroom 2\-bath condo is located on the sixth floor of the complex has a queen bed with adjustable base in the Master Bedroom, and each of the beautifully appointed guest rooms have a queen bed\. There are smart TVs in each bedroom and a big screen TV with cable and a DVR in the living room\. Complimentary Wi\-Fi is also available throughout the condo\. There is a washer and dryer in the property for your convenience\.All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront with private balconies on upper units or patios on ground floor unit\. You will have access to a private 800' fishing pier, and no fishing permit is needed\. There is a large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex, complete with community grills and tables for outdoor dining\. The complex also offers a tennis court\.  ABS is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit\.Monthly Rentals offered in January and February only\. 4 day minimum stay in the off season\. Mandatory Saturday to Saturday week stay during the summer\.City of Fernandina Beach Required Resort Rental Dwelling Permit: RRDP\-000290\-2020Important Notice:We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come\.The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells\.
