Chateau by the Sea 107 is proudly managed by 'Happy Palm Stays', the top vacation rental manager on the Space & Treasure Coasts\!

Unit 107 has a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and only a queen air mattress for the living room\. For your convenience the unit comes fully equipped with everything you would need on vacation, such as full linens, towels, beach chairs & accessories, in\-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen, high speed wireless internet\. Basically there are all the comforts of home and more\! The condo is always kept very clean and you will rarely find a condo that is this well done inside\!

Chateau By The Sea is one of the few buildings with an oceanfront heated pool so you can swim and enjoy a great view of the pier and ocean\. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing\! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals\.
