The private above\-ground pool, expansive yard, and fire pit are perfect for group fun\. Just a 3\-minute drive to the Blue Stairs beach access at South Beach and Kids Corner Park\.

PAYMENT TERMS:
25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check\-in date
