Located just one block from Main Street and across the street from the base of Peak 9, One Breckenridge Place is one of our most popular properties\. Featuring contemporary furnishings, spacious floorplan, washer/dryer, and flat screen tv, this townhome is one of our more popular choices for larger families\. Guests also enjoy the private outdoor hot tub and garage parking plus access to the Upper Village heated outdoor pool\. This townhome is right on the corner of Park Avenue and Upper Village Rd, making it the closest One Breckenridge Place townhomes to the base of Peak 9\!
