A fully stocked kitchen with beverage fridge, wet bar, and seating for 3 at the island await with ample space to gather together to prep and enjoy meals while looking at the beautiful blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean\. The dining area offers plenty of space to enjoy meals together with seating for 10 at the dining table overlooking the ocean, and additional seating for 4 at the bar space in the sitting area\. A half bathroom is also located on the main floor\. The private hot tub can be found on the deck just off the dining area overlooking the ocean\. The main floor deck is partially covered and offers ample seating and an outdoor dining space\. On the main floor, guests will find an office with a desk and twin daybed and the first of four bedrooms featuring a queen sized bed, TV, and en suite bathroom\.
