The Opal unit N206\- Rare find\! Immaculate and modern condo with a community pool\! The cool wood floors, granite countertops and hip decor will have you in vacation mode as soon as you walk through the door\. Located on the bayside of McKinley St and RT 1, 1\.25 blocks to the beach\. This one level, second floor condo has access to an elevator and parking for two cars\. The complex features a community gas grill, outside shower and a swimming pool\! Enjoy walking to all the restaurants and nightlife in Dewey Beach or take a trolley ride into Rehoboth Beach\.

This is a non smoking unit\.
Pets are not permitted\.
The building does have an elevator\.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $174\.50\.
