For The Halibut is a cute, pet\-friendly 2 bedroom townhome in Sea Loft Village in Ocean Sands, Section F\. 

Ocean Sands is located very close to the Currituck Club golf course and is convenient to shopping and dining in the towns of Duck and Corolla\. Within the community, you will have access to the community pool and tennis courts\. Finally, the pristine beaches that Corolla is so well known for are only a short stroll away\.

Pets Allowed\.  No Smoking/Vaping\. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
