Description:

This lovely updated home has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Quartz counters and a wood Fireplace\. Located near the Village for easy access to Dining, Shopping, and Entertainment, there's also quick access to the bike trails for your adventure\.

Level 1:

Walk on into the home and find the Dining area on your left, the stairs to your right and Living, Kitchen, and Primary Bedroom are all straight ahead\.

Dining:
The dining table seats 6 and there's a door out to the grill on the deck right behind it making it easy to serve hot food to your family and friends\.  

Kitchen:
The Kitchen has updated cabinets and Quartz counters plus Stainless Steel Appliances giving it a fresh, contemporary look\. Four can sit at the bar and eat or converse with the chef\. 

Living:
The Couch with chaise is perfectly set to watch the TV or the fire as you relax\.

Primary Bedroom:
At the back of the downstairs is the Primary Bedroom which attaches to a Hall Bathroom\. The bath has a Shower/Tub combo and a Laundry closet\. The Bedroom houses a King bed sitting on plush carpet and offers Hot Tub access via French Doors\. 

Level 2:

Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a 3/4 Bath\.

Bedroom 1:
The first Bedroom has a Twin over Full Bunk bed and Twin bed

Bedroom 2: 

The second Bedroom has a Queen Bed

Bath: 
The 3/4 bath has a shower and tile floor\.  

Recreation Plus \(SHARC\) Passes: 

This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill\.
