You can't beat the convenience of this location\! The property will sleep up to 10 people and provides the high level of comfort and relaxation you are looking for in your vacation rental\. Bike or drive to all of your favorite 30A communities and enjoy the fabulous beaches, local restaurants, and boutiques\. The 1st floor of this modern retreat is a beautiful open concept space\. Enjoy your favorite TV show \(streaming or cable\) from the comfortable sofas or from the large kitchen island\. Off the back of home is a deck with chairs \- a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee \(freshly brewed from the Keurig\!\)\.
