The units feature fully equipped kitchens, central air conditioning and washer and dryer\. The complex offers an outdoor pool with a children's pool and off street parking for 2 cars per unit\. Available for full and partial week bookings\.  This is a first floor unit with a screened balcony overlooking the wetlands and bay\. Within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping, this is a prime pick\! Two new smart TV's as of July 2020\. Unit has no cable and no internet service from end of September to April 1st
