This 4\-bedroom, 4\-bathroom professionally decorated 2000\+ SF home is located 0\.1 miles west of the Surfside Pier, just a short block away from the beautiful Surfside Beach and the Atlantic Ocean\.  Close enough to easily walk to the beach, no need to rent a golf cart here\. A large open kitchen/dining/living area layout with tile flooring allows for easy entertaining and gatherings\. Well\-equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware, and utensils to prepare and serve meals\. Flat\-screen TV's in every bedroom\. Step out the back door for your own private pool which offers seasonal pool heating or chilling for an added fee\. Parking for 4 vehicles\.

Including resort\-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread\-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home \(including sofa beds\)\.
